MicroVee Belts
Gates MicroVee belts are used to replace original belts on drives requiring V-ribbed belts. Used on serpentine drives, designed for small diameter pulleys, backside idlers and for use with or without automatic tensioners. Strong tensile members and fiber reinforced rib material increase wear and crack resistance. Gates MicroVee belts have a very high power rating capacity per rib which extends the life time of the belts. Gates MicroVee belts have increased tolerance to groove debris. Advanced manufacturing processes assure consistent, precise dimensional control.
BELTDRIVE carries the Microvee{Polyrib] range in 2 to 14 ribs. Some sizes are also carried in sleeve form.
